I never thought I would see this in Bismarck. Someone here bought and is dailying an S-Cargo. I have no idea how this will handle the winter here.

The owner should put big “S” decals on the sides of that car, so that when kids see it driving by they say “look at that S car go!”

Cool - I’ve never seen on of those live. With studs it ought to be ok as long as it sticks to plowed roads - not much ground clearance...

I believe Nissan used some some sort of plasticized paint on them too, I know Pike cars do rust, but the protection is probably a bit better than other Japanese cars of the era.

itll handle winter fine... wich is to say just as poorly as any other season

(had to drive one for deliveries waaay back when i worked in a tires/exhaust/batteries warehouse... it was horrible.. drank almost as much oil as fuel and would get you everywhere very slowly)

to be fair tho... that could just be the one we had as the bossman only cared about how much attention the bright yellow snail got

local brake shop has had one of them here for years.

they just retired it as it’s rooted.
